An exhibition featuring early works by Mabel D’Amico accompanied by a brief historical narrative about Promised Land, its once-bustling fishing industry, and Mabel and Victor D’Amico’s history and relationship with the place, which is illustrated with selected photographs of the period from various local collections, all relating the historically significant activity of this former fishing port and menhaden processing plant off Cranberry Hole Road in Amagansett.
